The statewide call center will be open 7 days a week:

8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday – Friday, Pacific Daylight Time.   

Saturday and Sunday  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time.

This new COVID-19 information line is a part of our ongoing effort to provide reliable, trusted information and support. Additionally, Californians can call their local 211 which are available 24 hours a day. 

We urge Californians to do the following:

Find out if it’s your turn by answering a few questions. It only takes a few minutes. If you’re eligible and vaccine appointments are available through My Turn, you can schedule one. If it’s not your turn yet or appointments are not available, you can register to be notified when you’re eligible or when appointments open up.

The Food Bank is working in partnership with community organizations and local schools to establish regular neighborhood food distribution centers during the crisis.

To provide meals, diapers, and other essential supplies for those in need.
If you are homebound and have no one to help you with groceries or meals, call 559-214-0299 to find out about having meals delivered to your home.

Offering meals to all children who are 18 years and younger. The meals will be “to-go” for non-club members.
