After weeks of negations, I am proud to announce that an agreement has been reached on a package of legislation that will make a significant impact on California’s housing crisis. 

My bill, SB 6, The Middle Class Housing Act and AB 2011, The Affordable Housing and High Road Act by Assembly member Buffy Wicks (D-Oakland) are transformational for working families who need a place to call home or are seeking to achieve the California Dream of homeownership.
