I am excited to share an upcoming opportunity for those interested in buying their first home.

The California Dream for All Shared Appreciation Loan Program will open for registration February 24 through March 16, 2026. This program offers down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible first-time and first-generation homebuyers, and demand is expected to be high.

Although vouchers are awarded through a randomized drawing, early preparation is important. Now is a good time to review eligibility requirements, gather required documents, and speak with a lender if you plan to apply.
