Dear Friends and Families in SD12,

Please join me on September 30, 2020 at 1PM for an important virtual video Town Hall to talk about the state’s new eviction protection and landlord relief law. Special guest speakers from the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency will share important information. 

The pandemic continues to create economic hardship for so many across the state.  If you are a renter, learn how you can work with your landlord to stay in your home until you have financially recovered from pandemic related losses. And if you are a landlord, join us to hear how you can enforce your rental agreement, and protect yourself from rental loss.
